Billing and your license

  • Cancel or change your plan: use the billing link in your license email, or email us. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy.
  • Lost your license key: send us a message from the address you bought with and we'll send it again.
  • New computer: a Starter license works on one computer. Send us a message to move it.
  • Charge you don't recognise: charges appear as H-BNS. Contact us before your bank and we'll sort it out.
